Emacrit is an iron-containing supplement with folic acid and vitamins C, B6 and B12 for people with increased iron needs or documented deficiency. Iron supports haemoglobin and red-blood-cell formation, but fatigue has many causes and iron should not be taken long term without confirming need.

Recommended use:
Take one capsule daily with water, following the leaflet or clinician's advice. Taking with food may improve tolerance; tea, coffee, calcium and antacids can reduce iron absorption and should be separated.
