Apply one patch to clean, dry, intact skin and replace it on the same weekday each week for three consecutive weeks. The fourth week is patch-free, after which a new cycle begins. Do not place it on the breasts, irritated skin or under tight clothing, and check daily that it remains fully attached.

Application-site irritation, headache, nausea, breast tenderness, mood change or breakthrough bleeding may occur. Combined hormonal contraception increases blood-clot risk; urgent care is required for leg swelling, sudden chest pain, breathing difficulty or sudden neurological symptoms.
