Glyxambi 25Mg / 5Mg combines empagliflozin and linagliptin in one prescription tablet to improve blood glucose control in adults with type 2 diabetes when this combination is clinically appropriate, alongside diet and physical activity.

Active ingredients: Empagliflozin 25 mg and linagliptin 5 mg per film-coated tablet.

How to use: Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, at a consistent time and exactly as prescribed. Swallow with water, maintain hydration and follow the healthcare team's instructions during acute illness or reduced food and fluid intake.

Important: Kidney function should be assessed. Seek urgent care for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, unusual fatigue or difficult breathing because ketoacidosis can occur even without very high glucose; severe persistent abdominal pain may indicate pancreatitis.
