Marvelon Tablets 21's is a 21-day combined hormonal tablet regimen used for contraception. Its confirmed composition is Desogestrel 150 micrograms and ethinylestradiol 30 micrograms per tablet; 21 tablets.

Take one tablet at the same time each day for 21 consecutive days, followed by a seven-day tablet-free interval, then begin the next pack on time. Missed-tablet action depends on how many tablets were missed and the week of the pack; use backup contraception when the regimen has been interrupted.

Nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood change, spotting or changes in menstrual bleeding may occur. Combined hormonal contraceptives increase the risk of blood clots; urgent care is required for leg swelling, sudden chest pain, breathing difficulty, coughing blood, sudden severe headache or visual or speech changes.
