Omol Tablet 500 Mg is a paracetamol analgesic and antipyretic for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and fever. Its active composition is Paracetamol 500 mg per tablet.

Adults and people aged 12 years and older take one or two tablets every four to six hours when required, leaving at least four hours between doses. Do not exceed eight 500 mg tablets in 24 hours and do not combine with another paracetamol product.

Nausea, rash or allergy may occur. Overdose can cause severe liver injury even when early symptoms are mild; urgent medical care is required after any excess dose. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
