Strepsils Sore Throat & Blocked Nose Lozenges 36’s is a medicated lozenge with two antiseptic ingredients and levomenthol for sore throat, dry irritating cough and blocked-nose symptoms. Its confirmed composition is Each lozenge contains 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg, amylmetacresol 0.6 mg and levomenthol 8 mg; it also contains sucrose and glucose.

Adults, older people and children over 6 years dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every two to three hours, up to 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not chew or swallow it whole. Seek assessment if symptoms worsen or do not improve within three days.

Mouth irritation, tongue soreness, nausea, abdominal discomfort or hypersensitivity may occur. Stop use and seek urgent help for facial swelling, breathing difficulty or a severe rash. The lozenges contain sugars.
