Daktarin Oral Gel is an oral antifungal gel for susceptible fungal infections of the mouth and throat. Its composition includes Miconazole 2% oral gel.

The dose varies by age and treatment plan and must be measured for the individual patient. Keep the measured gel in contact with the affected mouth area before swallowing it. Never place the gel at the back of an infant’s throat, and check for medicine interactions before use.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, taste disturbance or oral irritation may occur. Seek urgent advice for allergy, blistering rash or signs of liver injury. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
