Diane-35 Tablets 21's is a combined cyproterone-acetate and ethinylestradiol tablet used for androgen-sensitive acne or hirsutism in women who also require oral contraception. Its confirmed composition is Cyproterone acetate 2 mg and ethinylestradiol 35 micrograms per tablet; 21 tablets.

Take one tablet at the same time each day for 21 consecutive days, followed by a seven-day tablet-free interval, then begin the next pack on time. It should not be combined with another hormonal contraceptive. Treatment need should be reviewed after the androgen-related condition improves.

Nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood change, spotting or changes in menstrual bleeding may occur.
