Reagila 6 mg 28 Capsules contain cariprazine, an antipsychotic medicine used to treat schizophrenia in adults. It helps manage symptoms of this condition as part of an individual treatment plan. The pack contains 28 hard capsules.

Active ingredients
Each hard capsule contains cariprazine hydrochloride equivalent to 6 mg cariprazine.

How to use
Take by mouth once daily at the same time, with or without food, using the strength and dose selected by the treating physician. Do not change the dose or stop treatment independently. If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless the next dose is nearly due; never double the dose. Contact the physician after two or more missed doses.

Precautions
Medical follow-up is required, including after dose changes. Inform the physician about all medicines and any heart, liver or kidney disease, seizures or diabetes. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice. Do not drive until the effect on alertness is known. Report persistent restlessness or involuntary movements. Seek urgent help for fever with muscle stiffness and confusion, a severe allergic reaction or thoughts of self-harm. Not recommended during pregnancy. Contact the physician promptly if pregnant or planning pregnancy; effective contraception is needed during treatment and for at least 10 weeks afterwards. Do not breastfeed during treatment. Not recommended for people under 18 or for treating elderly patients with dementia. This strength contains Allura Red AC (E129), which may cause allergic reactions.
