Clarinase Repetabs combines loratadine, an antihistamine, with pseudoephedrine, a nasal decongestant, in a prolonged-release tablet. It helps relieve seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, and itchy or watery eyes when accompanied by nasal congestion in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.

Active ingredients: Each prolonged-release tablet contains loratadine 5 mg and pseudoephedrine sulphate 120 mg.

Directions: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over should swallow one tablet whole twice daily with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not crush, break or chew the tablet. Use for the shortest period necessary and do not take continuously for more than 10 days unless advised by a doctor.

Important information: Clarinase Repetabs is a medicine, not a daily allergy supplement. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 12 years, or with MAO-inhibitor medicines and for 14 days after stopping them. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, heart, thyroid, kidney or liver disease, glaucoma, difficulty urinating or diabetes, or if you take other decongestants or regular medicines. Stop taking it and seek urgent medical help if you develop a sudden severe headache, confusion, seizures or visual disturbances. Although generally considered non-sedating, drowsiness may occasionally occur.
