Sekrol Syrup 150ml is an ambroxol 30 mg/5 mL mucolytic syrup for productive cough with thick respiratory secretions in adults and adolescents from 12 years. Ingredients: Ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg per 5 mL; 150 mL adult-form bottle. Directions: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: take 5–10 mL twice daily for the first 2–3 days, then 5 mL two or three times daily if continued. Measure accurately and maintain good fluid intake. Important safety information: For a wet cough with mucus, not routine suppression of a dry cough. Avoid combining with a cough suppressant without clinical advice. Breathing difficulty, blood in sputum, high fever or persistent cough requires assessment.
