Gonapeptyl Daily 0.1 Mg/1 Ml Injection 7 Prefilled Syringes is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist used in assisted reproduction for pituitary downregulation and prevention of a premature luteinising-hormone surge.

Ingredients and Composition: Each 1 mL prefilled syringe contains triptorelin acetate 100 micrograms, equivalent to 95.6 micrograms of triptorelin free base.

Directions for Use: Inject one 1 mL dose subcutaneously into the lower abdomen once daily according to the fertility protocol. The first injection must be given under healthcare-professional supervision, and self-injection requires prior training. Rotate injection sites; each prefilled syringe is for single use only.

Safety Information: Injection-site reactions, headache, hot flushes, abdominal or pelvic pain, nausea, vomiting and vaginal bleeding may occur. Ovarian cysts and ovarian hyperstimulation can occur when combined with gonadotrophins. It is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
