Menopur Injection 75 I.U is a gonadotrophin fertility medicine used for ovulation induction, assisted reproductive technology and selected cases of male hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism.

Ingredients and Composition: After reconstitution, each 1 mL dose contains highly purified menotrophin 75 IU, corresponding to follicle-stimulating hormone activity 75 IU and luteinising hormone activity 75 IU.

Directions for Use: Administer by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection only after reconstitution with the supplied solvent. Dose is individualised and requires ultrasound and hormone monitoring. Use immediately after preparation and do not shake vigorously.

Safety Information: Abdominal or pelvic pain, headache, nausea and injection-site reactions may occur. Serious risks include ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, multiple pregnancy, thromboembolism and ovarian torsion. It is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Rapid weight gain, severe abdominal swelling, breathing difficulty or reduced urine requires urgent care.
