Dynastat Ampoule 40 Mg is a parecoxib injection for short-term postoperative pain control in adults. Ingredients: Each vial contains parecoxib 40 mg as 42.36 mg parecoxib sodium; after reconstitution to 2 mL, the concentration is 20 mg/mL. Directions: A healthcare professional reconstitutes and administers it intravenously or intramuscularly. The usual adult initial dose is 40 mg, followed when required by 20–40 mg every 6–12 hours, with a maximum of 80 mg daily and generally no more than 3 days. Important safety information: For hospital or clinical administration only. It is unsuitable after coronary artery bypass surgery and requires individual assessment in cardiovascular, kidney, liver or ulcer disease and in patients with NSAID allergy.
