Visanne 2 mg Tablets 28's is a dienogest progestogen tablet for treatment of endometriosis-associated symptoms. Its confirmed composition is Dienogest 2 mg per tablet; pack of 28 tablets.

Take one 2 mg tablet at the same time every day without a break, including during menstrual bleeding, and start the next pack immediately. It is not approved as a contraceptive; use a non-hormonal method when contraception is needed.

Irregular or prolonged bleeding, headache, low mood, breast discomfort, acne, nausea or weight change may occur. Seek assessment for very heavy bleeding, severe depression, jaundice, facial swelling or breathing difficulty. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
