Toplexil Cough Syrup works as an expectorant by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of secretions in the bronchi and airways. It may help facilitate the flow of respiratory secretions, allowing the thinned secretions to be easily expelled upwards towards the throat. It also helps alleviate inflammation in cases of allergic rhinitis.

It is recommended for use in cases of productive cough accompanied by sensitivity or in cases of dry, irritating, and nocturnal cough.

Active ingredients: Oxomemazine, Guaifenesin, Paracetamol.

Dosage instructions:
Adults: 10 ml per dose, four times a day.
Children:

• Child weighing 13 to 20 kg (2 to 6 years old): 5 ml per dose, two to three times a day.
• Child weighing 20 to 30 kg (6 to 10 years old): 10 ml per dose, two to three times a day.
• Child weighing 30 to 40 kg (10 to 12 years old): 10 ml per dose, three to four times a day.
• Children weighing above 40 kg (12 years old): 10 ml per dose, four times a day.
