Degas Oral Emulsion 30ml contains simethicone to disperse gas bubbles and relieve pressure, fullness and bloating caused by intestinal gas.

Ingredients: Simethicone 40 mg/mL. Other ingredients include sodium carboxymethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, polysorbate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitol, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, flavour and purified water.

How to use: Shake well. Adults: 1–2 mL after meals. School-age children: 0.5–0.75 mL after meals and before bedtime. Infants and children up to 6 years: 0.25–0.5 mL two to three times daily, added to a feed or given after meals. Measure with the supplied dropper.

Important safety information: Simethicone is usually well tolerated; mild nausea, constipation, diarrhoea or allergy may occur. Persistent abdominal swelling, severe pain, repeated vomiting, blood in stool or failure to feed requires medical assessment. Separate from levothyroxine as advised by a healthcare professional.
