Doppelherz Vital Pregna is a prenatal supplement with folic acid, iron, iodine, vitamin D and DHA for women planning pregnancy, during pregnancy or breastfeeding when advised. It complements antenatal nutrition and does not replace medical follow-up, screening or a balanced diet.

Recommended use:
Take one capsule daily with a meal and water. Ideally start before conception after discussing folic-acid needs with a clinician, and continue only as advised during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
