Dymista Nasal Spray is a combined intranasal antihistamine and corticosteroid for moderate-to-severe seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis when one agent alone is insufficient.

Ingredients and Composition: Each actuation contains azelastine hydrochloride 137 micrograms, equivalent to azelastine 125 micrograms, and fluticasone propionate 50 micrograms.

Directions for Use: Adults and adolescents aged 12 years or older: one spray in each nostril twice daily. Shake for 5 seconds; prime with 6 sprays before first use and reprime with one spray after more than 7 days without use. Blow the nose first, keep the head tilted downward and avoid the eyes.

Safety Information: Nosebleed, headache, bitter taste, nasal irritation and sleepiness may occur. Prolonged corticosteroid exposure can rarely cause systemic effects. Use cautiously with nasal infection, recent nasal surgery, ulceration, glaucoma or cataract. Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ritonavir or cobicistat can increase fluticasone exposure.
