Hyalo4 Skin Cream is a topical wound-care cream containing sodium hyaluronate to support a moist environment for superficial skin injuries and burns. Ingredients: Sodium hyaluronate 0.2%; other ingredients are PEG 400 monostearate, decyl oleate, emulsifying wax, glycerol, sorbitol 70%, sodium dehydroacetate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, fragrance and purified water. Directions: Clean the wound with sterile saline, apply enough cream to cover the affected area, then cover with a non-stick dressing secured by a sterile bandage. Replace the dressing according to the wound-care plan. Important safety information: For external use.
