Directions: Soften thick mucus with sterile saline, place a fresh refill in the aspirator, keep the tip only at the nostril entrance and apply gentle suction through the mouthpiece. Repeat for the other nostril, discard the refill and wash the reusable parts. Important safety information: Do not insert deeply or use forceful suction. Stop for bleeding or pain.
