Omafen 400 mg contains ibuprofen, an NSAID used to help relieve mild to moderate pain, fever, and inflammation such as headache, dental pain, period pain, muscle aches, backache, sprains, or cold/flu-related aches when suitable.

Active ingredient / formula: ibuprofen 400 mg film-coated tablet.

How to use: Take with water, preferably with or after food, exactly as directed in the leaflet or by a healthcare professional. Use the lowest suitable dose for the shortest suitable duration and do not combine with other NSAIDs unless advised.

Warnings: Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, or if you have active stomach ulcer/bleeding, severe kidney/liver/heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
