Blood NeckHeat Neck and Shoulder Heat Patches are non-medicated, odourless, air-activated heat patches designed for temporary warming comfort in neck and shoulder pain or muscle stiffness.

How to use: Open only when ready to use. Apply around the neck and shoulder area as directed on the package. Use for up to 12 hours, then remove and discard. Remove sooner if it feels too hot or uncomfortable.

Warnings: External use only. Heat patches can cause irritation, burns, or blisters. Do not use while sleeping, with other heat sources, under tight pressure, on broken/irritated/insensitive skin, or if the user cannot remove the patch without help. Ask a doctor first if pregnant, diabetic, or if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, skin disease, or severe/persistent pain.
