Wellvalens Carnizinc combines 1,000 mg L-carnitine with zinc gluconate in one adult tablet. L-carnitine participates in fatty-acid transport and energy metabolism, while zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction, testosterone levels, immunity and protection of cells from oxidative stress. It is nutritional support, not a treatment for male infertility, and abnormal fertility results require specialist assessment.

Ingredients and composition: Each tablet provides: L-carnitine 1,000 mg; zinc gluconate 50 mg, equivalent to elemental zinc approximately 7.17 mg.

Recommended use: Adults: take 1 tablet once daily with one glass (200 mL) of water, preferably with food. Separate from interacting antibiotics as advised by a pharmacist.

Important warnings: May cause nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhoea or a fishy body odour. Zinc can cause nausea on an empty stomach and can interfere with tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics. Consult with kidney disease, seizure disorder, thyroid treatment or anticoagulants. Adults only; not for pregnancy or breastfeeding.
