Wellvalens Vitamin C & B Complex is a 60-capsule adult formula combining vitamin C with eight B vitamins. It is designed to support normal energy metabolism, nervous-system and psychological function, immune support and reduction of tiredness, while vitamin C also supports antioxidant protection and iron absorption. One capsule provides a broad once-daily B-complex serving.

Ingredients and composition: Each capsule provides: Vitamin C 100 mg; vitamin B3 20 mg; vitamin B5 10 mg; vitamin B6 10 mg; vitamin B2 1.7 mg; vitamin B1 1.5 mg; folic acid (B9) 1,000 µg; biotin (B7) 300 µg; vitamin B12 6 µg.

Recommended use: Adults: take 1 capsule once daily with 200 mL water, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose or combine with another high-dose B-complex without advice.

Important warnings: May cause nausea, stomach upset, headache, bright-yellow urine or niacin flushing. Long-term excess B6 may cause tingling or neuropathy; high folic acid can mask some signs of B12 deficiency. Adults only.
