Ingredients and Composition
Per tablet: elemental calcium 350 mg (from calcium carbonate sourced from oyster shells); elemental magnesium 175 mg (from magnesium oxide); elemental zinc 10 mg (from zinc gluconate); vitamin D3 3.375 mcg (135 IU).

Directions for Use
Adults: take 1 tablet once or twice daily with water, using different meals when taking two tablets.

Safety Information
May cause constipation, diarrhea or stomach discomfort. Contains calcium sourced from oyster shells. Avoid taking within 2 hours before or 4 hours after medicines whose absorption is affected by minerals. Reduced kidney function, high blood calcium or recurrent stones require assessment.
