This dual bundle contains two separate products: Doppelherz aktiv Vitamin C + Zinc blood-orange/pomegranate effervescent tablets and BETADINE Cold Defence 20 mL nasal spray. The tablet supplies vitamin C and zinc; the nasal spray forms a carrageenan-based physical barrier in the nose and must be used separately according to its own directions.

Ingredients and composition: Doppelherz per 1 effervescent tablet: vitamin C 600 mg and zinc 5 mg. BETADINE Cold Defence per 1 mL: iota-carrageenan 1.2 mg and sodium chloride 0.5%; other ingredients include carrageenan and water. This nasal spray does not contain povidone-iodine.

Recommended use: Effervescent tablet: dissolve 1 tablet in 200 mL water and drink once daily. Nasal spray for adults and children over 4 years: at the first sign of a cold, gently blow the nose, shake/prime the bottle, then use 1 spray in each nostril 3 times daily. Children 1–4 years require healthcare advice. Do not mix the products or share the nasal bottle.

Important warnings: The tablet may cause stomach upset or diarrhoea; check total vitamin C and zinc intake and consider sodium content if restricted. For the spray, stop if nasal burning, irritation or nausea occurs; do not use with carrageenan hypersensitivity. Persistent or worsening symptoms, breathing difficulty, high fever or severe illness require medical assessment.
