Dream Water Snoozeberry is a single 74 mL sleep shot for occasional sleeplessness, combining melatonin with GABA and 5-HTP. It is intended for short-term adult use before sleep and should not be used as a routine substitute for evaluating persistent insomnia.

Ingredients and composition: Per 74 mL bottle: gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 135 mg; melatonin 5 mg; L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 10 mg. Other ingredients include purified water, natural flavour, sodium citrate, citric acid and stevia.

Recommended use: Adults: drink 1 bottle approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not take more than 1 serving in 24 hours. If only part is used, refrigerate after opening and discard after 5 days.
