Each tablet provides 500 mg collagen and 80 mg vitamin C; vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The formula is gluten-free and lactose-free.

Ingredients and composition: Each effervescent tablet provides: Collagen hydrolysate from fish 500 mg; vitamin C 80 mg (L-ascorbic acid).

Recommended use: Dissolve 1 tablet in 200 mL water twice daily and drink after it has fully dissolved. Do not swallow the tablet whole or exceed 2 tablets per day.
