Zade Vital Iron combines 17 mg microencapsulated iron with 335 mg inulin prebiotic in one vegetable capsule. The AB-Fortis encapsulation format is designed to reduce metallic taste and improve gastrointestinal comfort while iron supports normal haemoglobin, oxygen transport, energy metabolism, immunity and reduction of tiredness when intake is inadequate.

Ingredients and composition: Each capsule provides: Inulin (prebiotic) 335 mg; AB-Fortis microencapsulated iron complex 45.95 mg (ferric saccharide and calcium alginate), equivalent to elemental iron 17 mg.

Recommended use: Adults and children over 11: take 1 capsule daily with water, with or without food. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened and mixed with food or drink. Use according to nutritional need or professional advice.

Important warnings: Iron can still cause nausea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, diarrhoea or dark stools. Inulin may cause gas or bloating. Keep away from children because iron overdose is dangerous. Consult with iron-overload disorders, unexplained anaemia or other iron products, and separate from levothyroxine or certain antibiotics as advised.
