Ingredients and Composition

Per 2 capsules: keratin 500 mg; iron 14 mg; vitamin B5 6 mg; biotin 50 mcg; vitamin A from beta-carotene 800 mcg; vitamin C 80 mg; copper 1 mg; vitamin B1 1.1 mg; vitamin B2 1.4 mg; vitamin B6 1.4 mg; vitamin E 12 mg; vitamin B12 2.5 mcg; vitamin B3 16 mg; zinc 10 mg; folic acid 200 mcg.

Directions for Use

Adults: take 1 capsule daily with a meal for routine hair support, or 2 capsules daily with a meal for the full stated serving.
