Atrovent 250mcg/2ml Unit Dose Vials 20x2ml contains nebulised ipratropium, an anticholinergic bronchodilator that helps open narrowed airways in reversible obstructive airway conditions such as asthma.

Ingredients: Each 2 mL single-dose vial contains ipratropium bromide monohydrate equivalent to 250 micrograms of anhydrous ipratropium bromide, with sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and purified water.

How to use: Use by nebuliser only at the dose and frequency set by the treating clinician. Open a fresh vial immediately before treatment, empty the prescribed amount into the nebuliser chamber and discard any remainder. Do not swallow or inject. Keep the mist away from the eyes.

Important safety information: Possible effects include dry mouth, cough, throat irritation, headache, nausea or dizziness. Eye exposure may cause pain, blurred vision or acute glaucoma. Stop use and obtain urgent care for paradoxical wheezing, facial swelling, severe eye pain or inability to urinate.
