Better Breathing Large Tan Nasal Strips 20 Strips use flexible bands to lift the sides of the nose mechanically, helping improve nasal airflow and provide temporary relief from a blocked nose associated with colds or allergies. The large tan strips are drug free and suitable for daytime, sleep, exercise and travel use.

Key construction: Flexible spring-like bands integrated into a tan adhesive nasal strip. Pack contains 20 large single-use strips.

How to use: Wash and dry the nose thoroughly, then place one strip centrally across the bridge of the nose just above the flare of the nostrils. Press the ends firmly and rub gently to secure. To remove, moisten the strip with warm water and peel it away slowly from both ends.

Important information: For external single use only. Do not apply to irritated, injured or sunburned skin. Stop use if persistent redness, pain or skin irritation develops. This product does not treat the underlying cause of congestion and is not a treatment for sleep apnoea; persistent breathing or sleep symptoms require medical assessment.
