Breztri Aerosphere 160/7.2/5 mcg 120 Actuations is a triple maintenance inhaler for adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, combining a corticosteroid and two long-acting bronchodilators; it is not a rescue inhaler. Inhale two puffs twice daily, morning and evening. Shake well before each puff, inhale slowly and deeply while pressing, and rinse the mouth with water and spit after the dose. Do not use for sudden breathing symptoms.

Oral thrush, throat irritation, cough, muscle spasm, urinary infection, tremor, palpitations or pneumonia may occur. Seek urgent care for worsening wheeze immediately after inhalation, chest pain, eye pain with blurred vision, difficulty urinating or allergic swelling.
