Crinone 8% Vaginal Gel 15 Applicators is an 8% progesterone vaginal gel supplied in single-use applicators for luteal-phase support in assisted reproduction. Its confirmed composition is Progesterone 90 mg in 1.125 g of 8% vaginal gel per single-use applicator; pack of 15 applicators.

Apply the contents of one single-use applicator high in the vagina once daily at the time set by the fertility schedule. Dispose of the applicator after use. White gel residue or discharge can occur and does not by itself mean that the dose was not absorbed.

Vaginal irritation or discharge, abdominal pain, constipation, breast tenderness, headache, tiredness or mood change may occur. Seek urgent care for severe allergy, chest pain, breathing difficulty, one-sided leg swelling, jaundice or sudden neurological symptoms. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
