Deep Heat Pain Relief Back Patch Large 2 PC is a non-medicated, air-activated warming patch for temporary relief of back pain, muscle aches, strains, spasms, and joint stiffness.

Active ingredient / formula: Iron powder, activated charcoal, vermiculite, potassium chloride, and water.

How to use: Apply only to clean, dry skin. Tear open the sachet, remove the protective film, and apply adhesive side to the affected area or to clothing for delicate/ageing skin. Use for up to 8 hours. Single use only; do not bandage over, cut, fold, wet, massage, or reheat the patch.

Warnings: External use only. Heat patches can cause irritation, burns, or blisters. Do not use while sleeping, with other heat sources, under tight pressure, on broken/irritated/insensitive skin, or if you cannot remove the patch yourself. Ask a doctor first if pregnant, diabetic, have poor circulation, nerve damage, skin disease, or severe/persistent pain.
