Doppelherz aktiv KalD3 combines calcium carbonate with vitamin D3 and vitamin K in one daily tablet. This three-nutrient formula is designed to support normal bones and teeth, muscle function, calcium absorption and normal blood clotting. It complements a balanced diet when additional calcium and vitamin support is appropriate.

Ingredients and composition: Each tablet provides: Calcium carbonate 600 mg; vitamin K 40 µg (phytomenadione); vitamin D3 5 µg (200 IU cholecalciferol).

Recommended use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and enough liquid. Swallow without chewing; the tablet may be divided into halves if needed.

Important warnings: May cause constipation, bloating or nausea. Excess intake can raise calcium and contribute to kidney stones. Consult before use with kidney disease, high calcium, digoxin or thiazide diuretics. Vitamin K can interfere with warfarin and related anticoagulants; use only with prescriber guidance in that case.
