Enokon Menstrual Cramp Relief Patch 3 PC is an external warming patch designed to provide local heat comfort over the lower abdomen or back during menstrual cramps.

Active ingredient / formula: Non-medicinal heat patch; heat is generated physically after opening the pouch and exposing the patch to air.

How to use: Open only when ready to use. Apply as directed on the pack, preferably over underwear or clothing if the label instructs, and place over the lower abdomen or back. Check the skin often and remove if heat becomes uncomfortable. Use one patch once only.

Warnings: External use only. Heat patches can cause burns. Do not use while sleeping, with other heat sources, under tight pressure, on broken/irritated/insensitive skin, or if the user cannot remove the patch without help. Ask a doctor first if pregnant, diabetic, or if you have poor circulation, nerve damage, skin disease, or severe/persistent pain.
