Fludrex Syrup 120 mL is a multi-symptom cold and flu syrup for fever, headache, aches, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing. Its confirmed composition is Each 5 mL contains paracetamol 120 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 15 mg and chlorpheniramine maleate 0.75 mg.

Children 6–12 years take 10 mL three times daily at approximately eight-hour intervals. Measure accurately. Do not combine with another medicine containing paracetamol, pseudoephedrine or chlorpheniramine, and avoid activities requiring alertness if drowsy.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, constipation, nervousness, sleeplessness or palpitations may occur. Seek urgent help for severe rash, allergic swelling, chest pain, difficulty urinating or overdose.
