Foundayo 2.5 mg Film Coated Tablets 30 Tablets contains orforglipron, an oral GLP1 receptor agonist used with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition. The 2.5 mg tablet is an intermediate dose-escalation strength used after at least 30 days at 0.8 mg and before a recommended maintenance dose, according to clinical response and tolerability.

Main ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains 2.5 mg orforglipron. Other ingredients include copovidone, crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous sodium carbonate and magnesium stearate. The film coating contains polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, titanium dioxide and strength-specific iron oxides.

How to use: Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, and swallow it whole without breaking, crushing or chewing. Do not take more than one tablet in the same day. Dose escalation is determined by the doctor after at least 30 days at each step. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered on the same day; never take two doses in one day. If seven or more consecutive doses are missed, contact the treating clinician before restarting.

Important information: Do not use with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2, or during pregnancy. Tell the doctor about pancreatic, gallbladder, kidney or severe digestive problems, diabetic retinopathy, mood changes and all other medicines, especially insulin, sulfonylureas or another GLP1 product. Seek urgent medical care for severe persistent abdominal pain, a serious allergic reaction, marked dehydration or severe vomiting or diarrhoea.
