Hyalo4 Plus Cream combines sodium hyaluronate with silver sulfadiazine in a topical cream for acute or chronic wounds, first- and second-degree burns, ulcers and pressure sores that are at risk of microbial contamination.

Ingredients: Sodium hyaluronate 0.2% and silver sulfadiazine 1%. Other ingredients include polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, decyl oleate, emulsifying wax, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70% and purified water.

How to use: Clean the wound with physiological saline, then apply a thin layer once or twice daily according to severity. Cover with a sterile non-adherent dressing when appropriate. Treatment beyond one month or use on extensive wounds requires physician assessment.

Important safety information: Temporary local burning, pain, itching, redness, rash or contact allergy may occur. Do not use with a known allergy to silver sulfadiazine or sulfonamides. Large-area, prolonged use can increase systemic sulfadiazine effects and requires medical monitoring.
