MAM mode performs three measurements with one command, Gentle Plus controls cuff pressure, and the device offers irregular heartbeat indication, cuff fit checking and separate memory for two users.

How to use: Avoid exercise, bathing, smoking, food and caffeine for about 30 minutes before measuring. Sit quietly for 5 minutes with the back supported, feet flat and legs uncrossed. Fit the cuff on the bare upper arm at heart level, select the correct user, press Start and remain still and silent until measurement is complete. Use MAM mode when an averaged three reading result is desired.

Precautions: Home readings support monitoring but do not establish a diagnosis or replace medical assessment. Do not alter treatment based on a single result.
