NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit is a large-volume nasal irrigation kit that helps remove mucus, allergens and irritants and supports relief of sinus congestion and nasal dryness. Its confirmed composition is Premixed USP-grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate sachets with a nasal-rinse squeeze bottle; one sachet in 240 mL water makes a pH-balanced, preservative-free isotonic saline solution.

Wash hands and fill the clean bottle to 240 mL with lukewarm distilled, microfiltered, commercially bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Add one sachet, close and mix. Lean over a sink with the mouth open, squeeze gently through one nostril until the solution drains from the other, then repeat. Do not use untreated tap water.

Mild burning, nasal irritation, sneezing or temporary ear pressure may occur. Stop if pain or ear pressure persists. Do not rinse when the nose is completely blocked or when there is an ear infection or blocked ears.
