Nimbex 5 mg/2.5 mL Solution for Injection - 5 Ampoules is a prescription cisatracurium 5 mg/2.5 mL injection used by anaesthesia and intensive-care professionals to relax skeletal muscles and facilitate tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation.

Ingredients: Each 2.5 mL ampoule contains cisatracurium 5 mg as cisatracurium besilate, equivalent to 2 mg/mL; pack of five ampoules.

Directions: Intravenous use only by or under the supervision of an anaesthetist or experienced clinician. Dose and infusion rate are individualised by body weight, procedure, concurrent anaesthesia and neuromuscular monitoring.

Important safety information: Prescription hospital medicine. It paralyses respiratory muscles and does not provide unconsciousness or pain relief. Ventilation, oxygenation, intubation and resuscitation facilities must be immediately available.
