Omol Cold And Flu combines an analgesic and fever reducer with a nasal decongestant and an antihistamine for short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms. Its confirmed composition is Paracetamol 500 mg, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg and chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg per tablet.

Adults and people aged 12 years and older may take one tablet every four to six hours when needed, with no more than four tablets in 24 hours. Do not combine with another paracetamol, decongestant or antihistamine product, and avoid use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nervousness, insomnia, palpitations or raised blood pressure may occur. Seek urgent care for severe allergy, chest pain or signs of liver injury. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
