Pergoveris 150 IU/75 IU Powder and Solvent for Injection combines recombinant follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinising hormone for controlled ovarian stimulation in women with severe gonadotropin deficiency. Its confirmed composition is Follitropin alfa 150 IU and lutropin alfa 75 IU per vial, with solvent for solution for injection.

After reconstitution, inject subcutaneously once daily on the days set by the fertility clinic. The dose and duration are individualized from ultrasound and hormone monitoring; do not alter the dose or trigger timing independently.

Injection-site reaction, headache, abdominal discomfort, nausea, bloating or ovarian enlargement may occur. Urgent assessment is required for severe abdominal pain or swelling, rapid weight gain, reduced urine, breathing difficulty, chest pain or leg swelling because these may indicate ovarian hyperstimulation or a blood clot.
