Primolut-N 5 mg Tablets 30's is a norethisterone progestogen tablet used for selected menstrual disorders, endometriosis and medically planned delay of menstruation. Its confirmed composition is Norethisterone 5 mg per tablet; pack of 30 tablets.

Swallow the tablets with water at evenly spaced times. The number of tablets per day and the cycle days differ for heavy bleeding, endometriosis or postponing a period, so treatment must follow a written indication-specific schedule. It is not a contraceptive.

Headache, nausea, breast tenderness, bloating, mood change, acne or irregular bleeding may occur. Seek urgent care for leg swelling, sudden chest pain, breathing difficulty, jaundice, severe headache or visual changes. Seek medical or pharmaceutical advice if symptoms are severe, persistent or worsening.
