Each Stick Contains:
Myo-Inositol 2,000 mg
Vitamin B6 2 mg
Folic acid 200 mcg, including 50 mcg folate from Quatrefolic®
0.7 g carbohydrates, including 0.6 g sugar

How to Use: Take the content of 1 to 2 sticks daily directly into the mouth. Let the powder dissolve slowly before swallowing. It may also be dissolved in water if preferred. It can be taken at any time of the day and independently of meals. Women with PCOS and desire to have children may take 2 sticks daily. Women with PCOS without desire for children may take 1 stick daily.
Warnings: Do not exceed 1 to 2 sticks per day. Use under medical supervision, especially in case of PCOS, fertility concerns, medicine use, or fertility treatment. This product is not a pregnancy supplement and should only be used until pregnancy is confirmed unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
