Blood BackHeat Back Heat Patches 2 PC are non-medicated, odourless, air-activated heat patches designed for temporary warming relief of back pain and muscle stiffness.

How to use: Open only when ready to use. Apply to the lower back as directed on the package, on clean dry skin or onto clothing/underwear if advised for your skin. Use for up to 12 hours, then remove and discard. Remove sooner if it feels too hot or uncomfortable.

Warnings: External use only. Heat patches can cause irritation, burns, or blisters. Do not use while sleeping, with other heat sources, under tight pressure, on broken/irritated/insensitive skin, or if you cannot remove the patch yourself. Ask a doctor first if pregnant, diabetic, have poor circulation, nerve damage, skin disease, or severe/persistent pain.
