Place the device on a stable level surface, connect the compatible tubing and fitted mask, and use the approved power supply. If a humidifier is fitted, fill it without exceeding the maximum mark and do not use hot water. Start therapy as instructed by the clinical team. Seek prompt medical advice for unusual chest pain, severe headache or worsening breathlessness. Keep the airflow path clear, do not immerse the device in water, and disconnect power before cleaning.
